Our device grades
We follow MobileSentrix’s cosmetic grading scale.
Here’s what each grade means for the screen and body.
Excellent condition
Very minor scratches or scuffs may be visible on the screen or housing. No dents.
Great condition
Minor signs of previous use, such as small scratches or scuffs on the screen or housing. Some cosmetic imperfections, with no cracks.
Good condition
Heavier scratches and visible scuffs on the screen or housing, with no cracks. These devices power on with a working display.
Every pre-owned device has its own story. The grade describes the wear to expect; individual appearance varies.
The details that matter
What to expect.
Inside the box
The device comes in a protective box. Chargers, cables, and other accessories are included only when expressly listed. Original manufacturer packaging is not promised.
Photos & your device
Generic product photos illustrate the model. Your device’s colour, finish, and visible wear depend on the configuration and grade you choose.
Batteries & listed faults
Cosmetic grades do not promise a new battery or a particular battery-health percentage. A listing marked “Face ID / Touch ID issue” has a biometric fault; review all stated limitations before ordering.
Support that stays with you
Check the listing for the exact model, storage, colour, network compatibility, and any exceptions. See our 60-day limited device warranty and returns policy, or ask us about a device.
